STREETS TICKET UPGRADE POLICY

Last updated September 18, 2026

IMPORTANT NOTICE

TICKET UPGRADES ARE WHOLE-ORDER REPLACEMENTS. AFTER PAYMENT, THE ORIGINAL TICKETS ARE VOID AND THE REPLACEMENT TICKETS CANNOT BE RESOLD.

1. Scope

This Policy governs ticket upgrades completed through The Streets App. By requesting a verification code and completing payment, you agree to this Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • The original order must be owned by you and contain only eligible, unused and unscanned event tickets
  • The entire order must be replaced; partial upgrades are not supported
  • Transferred, resale, refunded, voided, previously upgraded, party and reservation tickets are not eligible
  • Replacement ticket types that require attendee responses are not currently eligible
  • The replacement subtotal must be equal to or greater than the original order subtotal
  • An identical combination of ticket IDs and quantities is not an upgrade
  • Availability, event cutoff times and per-ticket limits apply

3. Pricing and Tax

You pay the difference between the replacement ticket subtotal and the original ticket subtotal, plus the disclosed ticket upgrade fee. Tax is calculated only on a positive ticket price difference. The upgrade fee is not taxable. Streets Credit cannot be used.

4. Verification and Expiration

The email verification code is your electronic confirmation of the requested replacement selection and this Policy. Quotes and inventory holds expire. Prices and availability may be revalidated before payment.

5. Completion and Ticket Rights

An upgrade is complete only after payment succeeds and replacement tickets appear in your account. The original tickets are then void and cannot be scanned, transferred, refunded separately or otherwise used. Replacement tickets cannot be resold or upgraded again.

6. Fees and Refunds

The ticket upgrade fee is non-refundable as a platform fee. If Streets nevertheless issues a complete customer refund, including for an event cancellation, the customer receives the amounts paid for the original and upgrade transactions; the fee is recorded as a non-refundable settlement cost charged against the organizer reserve.

7. Event Changes

Event cancellation, postponement, venue, lineup and schedule changes remain subject to the event and platform refund policies. Personal inability to attend does not automatically create a refund right, except where required by law.

8. Payment Failure and Inventory

A verification code does not guarantee inventory. If payment fails, expires or inventory becomes unavailable, no upgrade is completed and any temporary inventory hold is released.

9. Revenue Partners

The ticket price difference is allocated using the event’s locked revenue-partner percentages. Each party’s full allocation is held in reserve with no immediate payout. Refund costs are allocated proportionally using the saved transaction allocation.

10. Records, Law and Support

Streets records quote, consent, verification, payment, inventory and replacement-order data for security, accounting and disputes. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Questions may be sent to support@thestreetsapp.com.

FINAL CONFIRMATION

By entering the verification code and paying, you authorize Streets to void the complete original order and issue the selected replacement tickets.

Effective September 18, 2026.
